At Northern Carry Co., we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If your bag isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.
Returns
Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be processing or shipped.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

How to Start a Return
Email our support team at support@northerncarryco.ca with:

a brief explanation of the reason for return
We will reply with clear instructions and the return address.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Inspection
Once your item is received, it will be inspected. We will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card provider, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not appeared:

Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Contact us at support@northerncarryco.ca with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue the credit to you.
