Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare your order for dispatch. During this period, your bag is checked, packed properly, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, your order ships from our international fulfillment centre directly to Canada.

We are pleased to offer free tracked delivery on all orders within Canada.
There are no surprise fees or additional charges at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly, so cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
